Life Ok all. I guess 30 years later it is probably time to re-connect with my old Mingus Union Friends. Life - has been good. I don't know about the rest of you but being 47 (actually all of my 40's) has been wonderful. I have two lovely daughters - 15 & 17 who are stunningly beautiful, smart, witty, and loving to their dear old dad. (Ok - they could clean their rooms more - but other than that . . . I have no complaints). You may all remember Teri Pena' - well that marriage was shorter than the lifespan of a fruit fly. I think she lives in Colorado now with her 2 sons and replacement husband Michael. My second marriage lasted well about 17 years - Virginia was a wonderful loving wife and mother. Thankfully we divorced before killing each other in our sleep (I knew it was time to move out when she sent all the knives out for sharpening). We live a few miles from each other here in Phoenix and share the girls equally. Life after divorce has been much better than the prior 7 years - we both agree. Life pretty much centers around my girls these days. For those who know me you would know I am a workaholic with many years of 100 hour weeks under my belt. That however - while making one's career -- left litttle time for my girls. I would trade them all back and live in a box to get those wasted hours back with my girls. For the past 7 years I have been trying to make it up to them and doing a good job at it. I have accomplished many many wonderful things in business and career, have several books published (yes you can get me on Amazon) have written many computer programs, run a very successful boutique law firm, have a construction business, publishing company, teach at the community college and do seminars, etc. etc.. But you want to know my most proud days - holding my two daughters in my hands when they were born. For those of you who have children you know what...Expand for more
